A tiny (~4 mm) unidentified planthopper with a light green colored body and transparent wings.
Spotted on a Phalaenopsis sp. orchid in a large semi-urban yard & garden next to a disturbed patch of remnant lowland forest.
Color in the last photo has been manipulated to provide additional structural detail of the insect.
