Description:

Dark brown with 3 bright yellow stripes; black spot on 1st dorsal fin, yellow-edged black spot on 2nd dorsal fin and black spot on upper tail base. Small in size up to 5 cm in length.

Habitat:

Solitary, sandy bottoms near base of reef formations.
