Vireo philadelphicus
The vireo bird is the same bird just different direction so you can see different angle. I think it's a Philly because of the color and the bill thank you for helping me.
Although...I think this spotting and the one you linked Liam are one in the same. Look at the branch that the bird is perched on, they are identical. So I retract my previous statement and hold firm of this spotting and the other spotting being a Warbling Vireo
I could see where this might be a Philly, however I'm not seeing enough yellow on the neck and belly (what you can see of it) for me to change my mind. But, I believe this is one of those cases were actual experience will out weigh book knowledge, so basically I think Liam is right.
I initially agreed with Warbling Vireo, but after seeing the second photo (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/125... - you may want to add that one into this spotting), I'm inclined towards Philly vireo based on the loral angle of the supercilium, the bright color of the underparts, and the short tail.
Very nice capture of a Warbling Vireo. Note the small size, lack of wing bars and faint eye line, all common traits of the Warbling Vireo.
Looks like a Vireo to me. but it is hard to see if there is bars on his wing.
