Description:

A yellow smack at the base of the beak may be a good spot to differentiate the sub-species from the other. It is a Turnix suscitator sub-sp. rufilata.

Habitat:

Recently burnt harvested corn field next to Bogani nani Wartabone National Park.

Notes:

Photograph quality is not superb but most of important characteristics were depicted. It is Locally called "gemak loreng Sulawesi".
