Hi Cole, this amazing little fly may look like a mosquito, but I am feeling pretty confident that this is a non-biting relative, a Midge. This looks strongly like a member of Genus Ablabesmyia. Here is a link: http://bugguide.net/node/view/238573
To compare, here is a link to info for Aedes aegypti: http://bugguide.net/node/view/39337 Notice how this mosquito has solid dark wings (unlike yours) and fewer stripes on the legs.
