Aglossa pinguinalis

Description:

Smaller brown moth with light and dark markings. Triangular shape when resting, small "snout". The snout is actually what is called labial palps.

Habitat:

Forested campground. Attracted to the lights in the bath house.

Notes:

Introduced species that is native to Eurasia.
