It seems that there are many Pycnarmon species. Some of the photos on the web of P. meritalis look a good fit (although most have a black spot in the middle of the forewing where this moth has a yellowish spot). The best fit of those on the BOLD page is probably the one from Papua New Guinea labeled "Pycnarmon nr. dryocentra".
