No, Chelymorpha vittata. But looks similar, but is from a different subfamily and tribe.

Chrysomelidae, Cassidinae, Stolaini, Chelymorpha vittata.
Most probably wrongly labelled, this one should also be Chelymorpha vittata. Chelymorpha alternans looks completely different:
