Description:

Related to the Titan Arum (Amorphophallus Titanum), Amophophallus gigas grows taller, but has a smaller flower.

Habitat:

Found in a cinnamon forest near the town of Sungai Batu Gantih on the edge of the Kerinci Seblat National Park, Sumatra.

Notes:

Already slightly past peak blooming, the top of the flower stands about 10 feet tall.
