Allamanda blanchetii
Lovely trumpet type flower, rather shiny, and quite large, 8 cm across and maybe 5 cm long.
In someones garden.
I have also been given this name Allamanda violacea as a possibility too, but I can't find much difference. Unless it is two names for the same plant. But I have found out it originates in Brazil.
