Lanius ludovicianus
Black, gray, and white small bird. Slightly resembles a Northern Mockingbird. Known as the "Butcher Bird" due the fact that it will captures its prey and often impale them on barb wire.
These birds were observed at a County Park along the ICW leading to the Gulf of Mexico. The area was a typical FL beach area with parking and swimmers.

I love these guys. But, let me just say...had it been a couple of Kingfishers, priceless.
