Sapromyza quadripunctata
Lauxaniidae is a family of acalyptrate flies. These are generally small flies (length 5 mm or less) with large compound eyes, often brightly coloured in life. The larvae are mostly saprophagous, feeding in leaf litter, bird nests, etc.
The family contains approximately 1800 described species in 126 genera distributed worldwide. There are slightly fewer than 180 species from Europe. Most species are inhabitants of forests, where they are usually found on low shrubs, trees, and leaves. They are far less commonly found amongst dry or wet grassland habitats.

Hello Marta
Family Lauxaniidae. There are three similar species.
Sapromyza quadricincta has two dark dots on the abdomen.
Sapromyza quadripunctata has four dark dots on the abdomen.
Sapromyza sexpunctata has six dark dots on the abdomen.
I can’t see six dots, so I think it is a Sapromyza quadripunctata.
