Tropical Garden Slug

Laevicaulis alte

Description:

An invasive species of Leatherleaf Slug, nocturnal. This one is not common, I do not see this often back in Tawau. Length around 5cm.

Habitat:

Ground of Langkah Syabas Beach Resort, Kampung Laut Kinarut, Sabah.

Notes:

Night time has arrived but I have not called it a day yet, this is one of my nocturnal spottings. >>>Map accuracy : 30m diameter.

With your suggestion, I have successfully found the right species - Laevicaulis alte which has became invasive in tropical area.
