Yes, fine. Returned unharmed to the undergrowth. Actually been a good year for them, seen a few!
I hope he was ok. They spend much of their time underground and it is uncommon to see them. That is why I keep my cats indoors (and spayed/neutered)...I like my wildlife and my cats!
