Calopteryx haemorrhoidalis
"The Copper Demoiselle is a species of damselfly which is found in southern Europe. It is often found along streams and rivers, which are clear and rich in oxygen. The abdomen of the male shows a distinctive pink rear. The wingspan is 60–70 mm. Adults fly from April to September."
Looks like a type of Caleopteryx. In Belgium the most common species is splendens in which the male is blue and the female green. But yours is red. It must be a related species.
