Bullock's Oriole

Icterus bullockii

Notes:

Bullock's Orioles breed in the western half of the US and winter in Mexico. This one went the wrong direction and ended up at someones feeders here in the northeast US. It's been here a couple weeks and seems to be doing well. Hopefully the winter weather doesn't get too harsh for it.

Thanks ursula. It would be nice if he makes it through the winter and we get to see him in breeding plumage:-)
