Spotted Porcelain Crab

Neopetrolisthes maculatus

Description:

This Porcelain Crab is always found living among the sea anemone. I love how this particular crabs dots match the colour on the underside of the sea anemone. Usually found in pairs, I have seen up to four living on one sea anemone, along with Clown Fish, of course, and sometimes different types of shrimp as well. Not too large, they are filter feeders.

Habitat:

Coral Reef. Sea Anemone. Spotted this on a Arthur's Rock.

Thanks Scott. I will change the other shrimp and crabs that I uploaded to the correct category as well. Sorry about that. :)
