Banded Blister Beetle

Description:

Prominent large beetle has six alternating bright orange, black bands against the general dark back ground of the body.

Habitat:

Adult beetles attacks flowers and devour them completely.

Notes:

In August, the population becomes high more prominent than flowers. Known as the Chinese blister beetle, it is used in traditional Chinese medicine
