Description:

The Butterfly pea (Asian pigeonwings) is a herbaceous plant. It grows as a vine. It is a tropical twining herb. The petals may vary from colors: Indigo, Blue, White, Violet. And this flower may have more petals or just one.

Habitat:

Clitoria Ternatea is growing wild and also in gardens. It can be grown in moist or even in neutral soil.

Notes:

The plant is harvested from the wild as a food, medicine and dye. Lately used in drinks such as tea. The Asian pigeonwings's reproduction happen by the seeds.
