Description:

A leaf-cutter bee. This is one of the most widely occurring species of bees in North America, ranging from the Atlantic to the Pacific, both in the United States and in southern Canada, throughout the season. Their season is April to October; in Florida, March to December.

Habitat:

This is on my Orange Jubilee Esperanza.
