Growing on a rotten coconut log in a large yard next to a disturbed patch of remnant forest.

What I mean is that there's always some kind of fungus around :-)

Year round? I was wondering do you have a fungi season there or can they appear pretty well any time ? maybe depending upon recent rains more than time of year?
