leave um. they are useful for comparision. Sometimes one image might capture a detail which you missed in the other. Multiple images are best for getting a full sense of the creature,

Naw, Stephen ... leave 'em be. That way I won't feel so guilty when I duplicate some plant or spider or bird that I just like taking pictures of, yes?
