Great Blue Heron

Description:

The Great Blue Heron has a pair of black plumage on its head. It's face is a pale great to almost white face. It's body is a light to dark gray and wings gray with black to dark gray plumage on the tips.

Habitat:

The Great Blue Heron is a large wading bird, common near shores of open waters and wetlands.

The Great Blue Heron is the of the largest North American herons.
