Graphocephala versuta
Small hopper. Mostly green with a pale blue stripe running diagonally on the forewings. Some individuals have orange bordering the blue stripe (both here do but the one on the right has it more pronounced). Other color variants exist. Prevalent in the gardens here in the yard.
Suburban backyard garden (on the giant hibiscus bush).
These little guys are everywhere in the garden. This pair was a bit more cooperative for photos, probably due to what they were doing. ;)
