Juvenile White-Spotted Puffer

Arothron hispidus

Description:

I believe this is a juvenile white spotted pufferfish due to the yellowish tinge to the fins and tall as well as the overall shape. I couldn't find a description or picture of the juvenile so I can't be 100% sure. Let me know if you think differently.

Habitat:

Coral Reef. Found this snorkelling at Puerto Galera.
