Project Noah Nature School
Paropsis sospita
This brown and white beetles widespread in northern Australia. This specimen has strong brown markings on the mostly white elytra.
The Horn beetles were sent to me by Trevor. He is a scientist who studies butterflies but notices beetles along the way. I should have dated these for the 15th. He's from Brisbane but cape York is the most diverse wildlife in Australia.
You've been racking up some miles in that car AND at a good clip too. ;-)
