Description:

This seems to be a lackey moth larvae - the caterpillar is about 4 to 5 cm in length, blue with brown and whitish stripes on the back and hairy.

Habitat:

Seen at the entrance to our residence, near to the parking lot. Seen right under a tree and close to a small patch of decorative garden.
