Description:

A psychedelic wasp mimic moth! Bright orange-red with metallic green. This looks like a female from the shape of the abdomen. Family Erebidae, Arctiinae. MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

Habitat:

Came to the parking lights of a shopping center, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters. We have had extra rain and warmth for the beginning of this winter season.

Erebidae, Arctiinae, Arctiini, Ctenuchina, Cosmosoma sp. and most probably Cosmosoma auge.
