Description:

I'm assuming this is fungus that is consuming the jumping spider. Spider's body length is about 8mm.

Habitat:

Tropical rainforest in Billy Barquedier national park, in southern Belize.

Almost looks like its suffocating in its own web. I just came back from 3 months in Belize, mostly in the south. I haven't heard of that national park before.
