Description:

O.wiegmanni is a ground dwelling agamid lizard which can reach a body length of about 7 cm and a tail of 15 cm, it is endemic to Sri Lanka.

Habitat:

Kanneliya–Dediyagala–Nakiyadeniya, dense rainforest.

Notes:

Kanneliya forest reserve was designated as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 2004 and is one of the last of the largest rainforests in Sri Lanka with Sinharaja rainforest. The rainforest house many endemic species of both flora and fauna. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanneliya%.........
