Description:

Large; covered with short, light broken baits that form bands across abdomen. Long yellowish hairs on face. Male has white stripes on thorax, tuft of long, silvery tufts hairs on abdomen tip.

Notes:

Adults prey on a variety of insects including beetles, bees, wasps. Also called Bee Killer
