Gaia80 it looks more like Tinolius eburneigutta, the second link which you have suggested. The moth is looking more ruffled maybe due to extreme climate here.
It has the same pattern as Tinolius hypsana, with exeption for the second spot from the top of the forewing and the abdomen that looks more reddish.
