Ambystoma mavortium
Barred tiger salamander juvenile at the Tulsa Aquarium. I actually mistook these guys for the axolotl, ambystoma mexicanum, until a zookeeper pointed out it was just a juvenile of the same species in the exhibit. So that's pretty neat. Of course being in the same genus they'd share similar appearances.
Found in Canada down through the western US and Texas down into Mexico.
