Description:

A tiny sweat bee (7 mm), gold to green in color.

Habitat:

Eastern U.S. - south to Florida, west to Texas. Also found in Europe. A variety of habitats with flowering plants, particularly sandy areas.

Notes:

Observed on Coreopsis.
