This one is probably eating the flower, but not by munching it is sucking. It looks like a Hemiptera of some sort. They have a long needle-like mouth part (like a straw) that they stick into plants or other insects and suck out the juices. If you have a photo of the side and legs, I might be able to ID this for you. Great photos of the insects that you find in flower centers.
