Not sure which species of crayfish. So have not posted a scientific name. Any help would be appreciated.

Despite the name, Crayfish aren't fish at all. They're categorized as arthropods. I moved your spotting to that category for you. Here's some information regarding arthropods: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthropod
