Ptilinopus regina
Crown is rose coloured, edged with yellow, the rest of head & breast is grey-green. Underparts orange-yellow with a lilac abdomen.
We spotted this one in Cape Hillsborough National Park. I was so excited to see this bird, it was my first sighting, having only seen it in books & I wasn't disappointed.

Great, it's a real beauty :)
Added a couple more photos here. I was lucky enough to see this beauty again at Cape Hillsborough, same place, but could see it more clearly this time :)
