Grey headed Canary flycatcher

Culicicapa ceylonensis

Description:

It may look cute because it's so tiny and some of its calls do sound like a squeaky toy but it's one deadly predator. Watching it chase after bugs is like watching a fighter jet in a dog fight.

Habitat:

Forest fringes in the Nilgiris, Western Ghats, South India.
