I saw a green lichen and I saw an orange lichen. This one is a bit of both!

Sukanya, I just meant regular old algae ;) I just said "unlichenized algae" because many lichens are the fungi and the algae living as a composite organism. When you find a lichen, the algal partner is considered lichenized.

Are you sure this is lichen? It is hard to see, but it kind of looks like unlichenized algae.
