Looks right to me as well--the white shoulders are the tell. Thanks again.

I think you may be on the right track, Irene; thanks. The yellow shoulders on the thorax are throwing me off though.

I would say it is some kind of Sphecidae, subfamily of Sphecinae (digger wasps). I'm not sure, however.
