Thanks Daniel for your help ID this one. This bird is very secretive and I found the website with full information and it also confirmed that you can find it in Sydney Botanical Garden.

Thanks Ashish, I have tried to check and compare, it looked similar to a quail but it wasn't.

Look to be Partridge or Quail.
