This has got to be our Nations Symbol of Freedom..... White Head and Tail, enormous yellow beak and talons..... so nice.
Perched atop the High Tension tower in the rolling hills, plenty of open spaces
This is indeed a Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus). Judging from its markings I would believe this bird to be just shy of 5 years of age.
