Tiger Siphopteron

Description:

This is a tiny Gastropod under the order of Sacoglossa. It is characterised by the pattern of orange stripes. They are very tiny, up to 4 mm in size, but this specimen is around 2-3 mm in size. Pic#1 is a close-up to show its bright color and beauty Pic#2 shows how tiny it is in its habitat, like a spec of dust on the algae.

Habitat:

Tropical reef, seasonal towards colder water period. During this dive, water temperature was 25C, considered cold in Philippines.

Yes, @andrew. I think the biggest record of Siphopteron are just 4 mm in size.
But they are a beauty :)
