Hi Holly.

Nice shot. The silhouette is definitely that of a waxwing. It could be a cedar or bohemian waxwing. The cedar waxwing is a little more common. The bohemian waxwing would be slightly bigger. The under-tail color is the most definitive character, and since I can't see that in the picture its hard to be sure.
