I think this is a milkcap (lactarius sp.). I recently found a milkcap with a similar colour and there were quite a few different species which look similar so it was hard to identify. If it's a milkcap, to narrow it down it's useful to break a piece off the cap and see what colour the 'milk' is. Also putting some of the milk on your tongue to taste it is useful and dabbing the milk with a white piece of cloth or perhaps a tissue/kleenex (sometimes the milk changes colour when you do this)
