Brachythemis contaminata
Looks like it has been dipped in gold. Yellow patches on wings.
In an office...lots of dragonflies here. Yet no source of water (except a fountain), a rudimentary garden and a small lawn. Where have these come from?

I think it is Brachythemis contaminata, ditch jewel, is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae.
Thank you, Christine Y. .
Beautiful color and nice spotting! Dragonflies are very strong fliers and can often be found far away from water. Some adults spend most of their lives away from water as they search for prey, mates, and sunlight. Also, they have been known to breed not just in ponds and streams, but in rain puddles and even ditches - this is especially true for species that have a shorter larval stage. So, this one could have been breeding in the fountain or another near/far water source, seeking prey, resting...
