Austrolittorina unifasciata
A clump of small grey-blue marine snails huddled in a nook in a rock pool. The smooth snail shells were about 10 mm long with at least 3 whorls and a brown apex.
Spotted in a rockpool along the high intertidal zone - Westernport Bay.

The species is only one of its genus in Australia. The snails graze on algae and lichen on the rocks.
