Habitat:

In the woods, frequently found on fallen leaves or on dark-green leaves on plants 3-4 feet tall.

BugEric-Thank you so much!! I didn't realize the black and yellow bugs were the same as the all-green ones. Does instar refer to its stage or age? If so, it appears the all-green ones are the oldest with the black and yellow being the youngest once they're out of larva stage...Sorry, just curious. :-)
