Crotalaria spectabilis
It belongs to Pea family. Generally grows after rain. It is a weed. Called Kaadu senabu in Kannada. Initially I got confused between Crotalaria spectabilis- Showy Rattlepod, Crotalaria retusa - Rattleweed, Crotalaria pallida - Smooth Rattlepod for this flower. There is slight difference between leaf structure and flower shape and colour in these.. Wil try to upload more pics of this to avoid confusion.
It grows in fields, grasslands. After the harvest is done or grasses are cut/grazed by animals these plants show up. Within few days these will grow rapidly. Flowers will show up and pollinate. In some days these will spread to nearby surroundings.

This looks very much like my Rattlebox legume.
