Tons of these on the reef!These rule! They are very tolerant of humans to the extent that they can be lifted of the nest.

Definitely a noddy, so it's a species of Anous in the family Laridae. However, there are a number of species and sub-species that occur in Australia. I can't tell with a single photo. I've never seen one though, so good spotting.
